The app

The Deep House app for iPhone, iPad and Mac collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The music is built on your device and the app sends nothing anywhere.

The app remembers a few things on your device only: the track you were playing and where, the tracks you played before, and on a Mac the size and place of its windows. Deleting the app deletes them.

The website

deephouse.audio uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Like the app, it keeps the track you were playing in your browser's own storage, on your device.

Error reports: when the page crashes, it sends what broke and your browser's version to our error tracker (Sentry). When it catches a fault in the sound, it also sends the track's link and where in it. Nothing about you. The switch is in the About, and while it is off nothing is sent. The app sends no error reports at all.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps its own server logs under GitHub's privacy statement.
